Get comfortable

Sit or lie down in a quiet place and relax your shoulders.

Tense

Gently tense one muscle group for about 5 seconds.

Release

Let go completely and notice the difference for 15–20 seconds.

Move through your body

Try hands, arms, shoulders, face, chest, legs and feet. Skip painful areas.
