My story. Our mission.

About Louis

Hi, I’m Louis Emanuel Merian. I started AnxemHelp to support students who, like me, struggle with exam anxiety.

You’re not alone, and help is available.

My journey

From struggling in silence to helping others

1

Struggled in Silence

Extreme exam anxiety affected my health and happiness.

2

Reached Out

I spoke up and got help from my school counsellor and a trauma therapist.

3

Began to Heal

With support and practical techniques, I slowly started to regain control.

4

Wanted to Help

I realised my journey might help other students going through the same thing.

5

AnxemHelp Was Born

I created AnxemHelp so students know that speaking up is possible and help exists.

Why I started AnxemHelp

Break the silence. Build confidence.

Exam anxiety can make you feel overwhelmed, isolated or as if you are not good enough. Support, skills and someone who listens can change the experience.

No student should feel they have to deal with exam anxiety alone.

Four friends supporting one another

Compassion

We listen, we care and we support.

Trust

We encourage safe, responsible and confidential support from appropriate adults and professionals.

Empowerment

We give students tools that can help them feel more in control.

Community

We are stronger when students support one another and speak openly.
