Urgent mental-health support in England when it is not an emergency
At school
Tell a teacher, form tutor, safeguarding lead, school nurse or counsellor. You can simply say: “My exam anxiety is getting hard to manage and I need some support.”
At home
If possible, tell a parent, guardian or another adult you trust. Ask them to help you arrange a GP or professional mental-health appointment if symptoms are persistent or severe.
